Just a reminder to anyone interested in Deep Compositing, this is on
Monday.
My current itinerary is:
- Render vendors talking about current state of Deep opacity in their
products.
- Grant Miller from Ingenuity Engine talking about how he successfully
uses deep on short deadline projects such as commercials & music videos
- Jonathan Egstad about his paper "Deep Image Compositing Using Subpixel
Masks"
The the rest of the time will be for people to chat and mingle and
communicate with each other about the current state of things.

Hi Guys
I'm putting together a Deep Compositing BOF at SIGGRAPH.
Deep Compositing, Monday, 10 August, 3:00 pm - 4:00 pm
http://s2015.siggraph.org/attendees/birds-feather
I already have a few speakers lined up but I would like to showcase any
cool tricks or tools people have built around deep. It doesn't necessarily
have to be compositing tools for Nuke. I'm mostly interested in showing
slides or videos so we don't have to worry about all the technicalities of
live demos and security around transporting assets.
Please contact me privately at my personal or Foundry email if you worked
on something like this and are interested in doing a 5 minute
talk/presentation.
