[Openexr-user] CTL Windows vc projects will not create halfExpLogTable.h

The windows projects seem to be missing the ability to create=20
halfExpLogTable.exe and the corresponding .h table.
This makes IlmCtlSimd not compile on windows unless a unix compilatio=
n=20
was run in the same dir first.

Which VC sln are you using? 2003 or 2005?

2003 (7.1) with week-old openexr and ctl from SVN.
